Fruit Bowl

I’ve been working on Fruit Bowl kids snacks ad campaigns for a while but I was thrilled to be asked to become their social media manager as well.
Starting in January, the brand strategist wanted to go down a different route. She felt that mumstagram had become full of fake perfection, and wanted to make Fruit Bowls social media feel funny, honest and real. Reflecting the reality of parenting, rather than perfect shots of beige Montessori playrooms and expensive neutral clothing which are commonly seen on Instagram.
We set to work hiring some of the biggest ‘real parenting’ influencers in the game, and created some of our own content – filming the realities of our own families as well.
As I write this in August here are some of the results.
- Over 5,000 Tik Tok followers – starting from scratch
- 9,000 Instagram followers – starting from 8,000
- Partnerships with Elmer the Elephant, Fimo and Make Believe Ideas
And plenty of photographs and stories shared about the realities of family life from our followers ☺️
