@skinhealthalliance According to our latest survey, 66% of young people smoke, vape, or drink alcohol. Not only are these activities harmful for your overall health, they're bad for your skin. Ellie noticed that when she cut down on partying, her skin cleared up a lot. We know that bars, clubbing, and the drinking and smoking that often go along with it are a big part of life for some young people. However, we think our survey highlights the importance of continued education around the long-term effects of these habits on the skin and overall health. Remember that skin problems aren't always caused by lifestyle, stopping smoking/vaping or drinking may not clear up your skin, but it's a great place to start. #skinhealth#skincare♬ original sound - Skin Health Alliance
